Reserving Your Property

Once you have chosen a property, our team will provide you with all the required paperwork for its reservation. Please note that you will required to pay a reservation fee of £1000, which will be held on deposit with our LSA approved solicitor until completion.

Step 5

Purchase of the Property

Once your desired property is reserved, our solicitors will be notified and instructed. We will monitor the purchase for you and aim for a swift and simple transaction. We strive to complete the process in 28 days.

Step 6

Completion

Congratulations! Whether this is your first, or your thirty-first property, your portfolio of investment is growing. Moreover, you will start receiving a yield that beats all UK bank and saving account rates.
